Registration & Application

Commitment Begins Here.

Participation in the rally is not automatic.

Each application is reviewed individually to ensure that vehicles and teams meet the required standards of preparation and responsibility.

With only 10–15 vehicles, every entry is deliberate.

 

The Registration Process

The application process is clear and transparent.

Step 1 — Submit Your Application

Complete the official registration form and provide all required information.

Step 2 — Review

The organisers review your submission, particularly vehicle suitability and team composition.

Step 3 — Confirmation

If accepted, you will receive written confirmation along with further instructions.

Final participation approval may require proof of:

  • Valid international vehicle insurance

  • Medical insurance coverage

  • Emergency evacuation coverage

  • Compliance with vehicle and safety requirements

Step 4 — Deposit Payment

Your entry is secured once the deposit has been received within the stated deadline.

To process your application, the following details are required:

Insurance Information

  • Vehicle insurance provider

  • Green Card / international coverage confitmation

  • Emergency medical insurance provider

  • Emergency contact and evacuation information (if applicable)

Driver / Team

  • Full name

  • Date of birth

  • Nationality

  • Driving licence details

  • Emergency contact information
     

Vehicle

  • Make and model

  • Year of manufacture

  • Registration number

  • Technical specifications or modifications (if applicable)
     

Contact Details

  • Email address

  • Phone number

  • Postal address
     

Additional documentation may be requested where necessary.

 

After Registration

Once your deposit has been received and your participation confirmed, you will receive:

  • Detailed event information

  • Technical preparation guidelines

  • Equipment checklist

  • Payment schedule for the remaining balance

  • Timeline leading up to departure

  • Insurance and border documentation guidance

Further briefings and updates will follow progressively.

 

Minimum & Maximum Entries

A minimum number of confirmed vehicles is required for the rally to proceed.

If this minimum is not reached, the organisers reserve the right to postpone or cancel the event.

In such a case, all deposits will be fully refunded.

The maximum number of entries is limited to 10–15 vehicles.

Once capacity is reached, registration will close.

Responsibility

Participation in Atlas Uncharted takes place entirely at the participant`s own risk.

Participants remain responsible for maintaining valid documentation,

insurance coverage, and vehicle legality throughout the expedition.

 

Participation is a decision.
