How Registration Works
The participation process for Atlas Uncharted is designed to be simple, transparent, and secure for all participants.
Step 1 — Online Registration
Participants must complete the official online registration form via the Atlas Uncharted website.
The registration form includes:
• Personal contact details
• Vehicle information
• Emergency contact details
• Confirmation of acceptance of the Terms & Conditions
By submitting the registration form, participants automatically confirm that they have read and accepted the official Terms & Conditions of the Rally.
Step 2 — Application Review
Once submitted, applications will be reviewed by the Atlas Uncharted team.
This review helps ensure:
• Vehicle suitability
• Safety compliance
• Expedition compatibility
• Balanced team composition
Atlas Uncharted reserves the right to refuse applications at its discretion.
Step 3 — Payment Instructions
If the application is approved, participants will receive:
• A confirmation email
• Official payment instructions
• Bank transfer details
• A unique payment reference number
Payments are currently accepted exclusively via international bank transfer.
Accepted Payment Method
International Bank Transfer
Payments must be made using the provided bank details and payment reference.
Please note:
• Payment references must be used exactly as provided
• Payments without the correct reference may cause delays
• International bank processing times may vary
Administrative Transfer Fee
An additional administrative transfer fee of approximately 20 € may apply.
This fee helps cover:
• International banking costs
• Currency conversion fees
• Transaction and administrative handling costs
Step 4 — Registration Confirmation
Once payment has been successfully received and confirmed, participants will receive:
• Official participation confirmation
• Detailed registration package
• Preparation guidelines
• Equipment checklists
• Event information and updates
Participants will also be added to the official Atlas Uncharted mailing list.
Event Communication & Updates
Participants will receive scheduled email updates during the preparation phase.
These updates may include:
• Route information
• Safety notices
• Border and documentation updates
• Vehicle preparation guidance
• Equipment recommendations
• General expedition updates
Data Protection & Privacy
Atlas Uncharted aims to collect only the minimum amount of personal information necessary for safe and effective event organisation.
Participant data will only be used for:
• Registration processing
• Safety coordination
• Event communication
• Operational requirements
Personal data will not be sold or unnecessarily shared with third parties unless legally required or operationally necessary.
Important Notice
Registration does not guarantee final participation approval.
Atlas Uncharted reserves the right to:
• Refuse applications
• Request additional information
• Cancel or postpone participation
• Modify event details where necessary
