
Rally Rules & Code of Conduct
This document defines the fundamental rules, safety guidelines and standards of conduct for all participants of the rally 'Atlas Uncharted'. The goal is to ensure a safe, respectful and responsible expedition for everyone involved.
1. Principle of the Rally
Atlas Uncharted is not a speed rally. The focus of the event is on adventure, navigation, teamwork and responsible travel.
Time trials or competitive racing are not part of the event.
2. Safety is the Highest Priority

Participation without valid mandatory insurance coverage is not permitted.
Dangerous behavior may lead to exclusion from the rally.

All participants must comply with the laws and traffic regulations of the countries visited.

7. Alcohol and Drugs
The consumption of alcohol or drugs while driving is strictly prohibited.
Violations may lead to immediate exclusion from the rally.

9. Decisions of the Organization
The rally organization reserves the right to modify rules, exclude participants or change routes if necessary.
This may occur particularly for safety reasons or due to local circumstances.
10. Participation at Own Risk
Participation in the rally is entirely at the participant's own risk.
By registering, participants confirm that they understand the risks of an expedition, are adequately prepared and accept the rules.
