Rally Rules & Code of Conduct

This document defines the fundamental rules, safety guidelines and standards of conduct for all participants of the rally 'Atlas Uncharted'. The goal is to ensure a safe, respectful and responsible expedition for everyone involved.

1. Principle of the Rally

Atlas Uncharted is not a speed rally. The focus of the event is on adventure, navigation, teamwork and responsible travel.

Time trials or competitive racing are not part of the event.

2. Safety is the Highest Priority

Drive defensively and responsibly
Avoid unnecessary risks
Support other participants if problems occur

Participation without valid mandatory insurance coverage is not permitted.

Dangerous behavior may lead to exclusion from the rally.

3. Compliance with Local Laws

All participants must comply with the laws and traffic regulations of the countries visited.

Speed limits
Customs regulations
Entry and visa requirements

The organizer assumes no responsibility for violations of local laws.

4. Responsibility for the Vehicle

Technical condition of the vehicle
Regular maintenance
Carrying adequate spare parts and equipment

The organization cannot guarantee technical assistance during the rally.

5. Respect for People and Culture

Respectful behavior towards local communities
Consideration for culture and traditions
Friendly interaction with local residents

The rally should leave a positive impression on the communities we visit.

6. Environmental Responsibility

Do not leave waste in nature
Protect plants and wildlife
Use existing roads and tracks whenever possible

The rally follows the principle: Leave No Trace.

7. Alcohol and Drugs

The consumption of alcohol or drugs while driving is strictly prohibited.

Violations may lead to immediate exclusion from the rally.

8. Support Among Participants

Help other teams if they encounter problems
Share information
Work together to find solutions

Atlas Uncharted is based on the principle of mutual support.

9. Decisions of the Organization

The rally organization reserves the right to modify rules, exclude participants or change routes if necessary.

This may occur particularly for safety reasons or due to local circumstances.

10. Participation at Own Risk

Participation in the rally is entirely at the participant's own risk.

By registering, participants confirm that they understand the risks of an expedition, are adequately prepared and accept the rules.
